Servings: Yields: One Gallon Sized Bag of Orange Ginger Chicken
Ingredients
  • 1 Pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, fat trimmed
  • Juice from 1 Orange
  • 1 inch of fresh ginger root, peeled and minced
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Steps
  1. Add all ingredients to freezer bag.
  2. Remove as much air as possible from bag.
  3. Thaw in refrigerator overnight the night before cooking.
  4. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
