Homemade Salsa Recipe {Restaurant Style}
Ingredients
  • 1- (14.5) oz can of whole peeled plum tomatoes, undrained
  • 1- (10) oz can of Rotel with green chilies
  • ¼ cup roughly diced yellow onion
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ¼ to ½ cup cilantro leaves along with tender stems, you may skip or add more or less as required
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ to 1 tablespoon lime juice, more if required
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar
