  • 1 red bell pepper, ½-inch sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, ½-inch sliced
  • 4 green onions, light and dark green parts, thinly sliced
  • 1 ½ tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced, plus more for garnish
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
