  • 2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1 cup unbleached flour, (I use spelt)
  • 1 cup unrefind sugar, (I use sucanat)
  • ¾ tsp baking powder
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2 cups solid packed pumpkin, (15 oz can plain pumpkin)
  • ½ cup black strap molasses
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup raisins
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts, (optional)
