Crock Pot Pot Roast with Cream of Mushroom Soup
Ingredients
  • 1 (3 lb.) boneless beef chuck roast
  • Kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup seasoning mix
  • 5 Turnips cut into quarters
  • 4 large carrots, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • Optional garnish: chopped fresh parsley
