  • 1 Tbsp. fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • ⅛ tsp. kosher salt
  • pepper, to taste
  • 12 thin, yellow corn tortillas
  • extra chopped cilantro, for garnish
