Ingredients
  • Steam a head of cauliflower til soft
  • Blend in food processor with about 2 cups of almond milk and a full carton of veggie stock.
  • Bring to boil in pot. Add nutritional yeast and Season to your liking. In separate pan sauté some shredded carrots, onions and minced garlic in some more veggie stock. When soft add to soup throw in spinach and whole wheat gnocchi’s until gnocchi’s are cooked and your done! Very easy and very good!
