Carrot Casserole

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds sliced carrots
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • ½ pound Velvetta
  • 1 stick oleo
  • Cracker Crumbs
Steps
  1. Cook carrots, celery and onion together until soft, drain.
  2. Melt cheese and oleo and pour over carrots, celery, and onion.
  3. Sprinkle with rolled cracker crumbs.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
