Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond flour or ¾ cup almond and 2 tbsp lupin flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 2 tbsp water
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp sweetener or corn extract
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine dry ingredients.
  3. Add everything except butter, stir well.
  4. Add the melted butter, mix.
  5. Butter each well of muffin tin
  6. Pour batter into pan
  7. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until edges are slightly browned and the tops are firm to the touch.
