Crock Pot Blackberry Maple Pancake “Syrup” Trim Healthy Mama FP
Ingredients
  • 16 ounces blackberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Pinch salt
  • ¼ teaspoon stevia extract (I used the Now brand and needed a tad more to get it right)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons maple extract
