  • 1 small lemon
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) honey
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped chives
  • ⅛ tsp (0.5 mL) salt
