  • 2 cm root ginger, peeled and finely sliced
  • ½ red chilli, finely sliced
  • 100 g spinach leaves
  • 15 g sour cream, (1 tbsp)
  • Fresh coriander (cilantro), to serve
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper
