Better for You {Greek Yogurt} Blue Cheese Dressing
Ingredients
  • 4 ounces of crumbled blue cheese
  • ½ cup of non-fat Greek style yogurt {I used Chobani 0%plain}
  • 1 small clove of garlic {minced well}
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 to 2 tsp white balsamic vinegar
  • salt/pepper to taste
