Pineapple jam rolls
Ingredients
  • Pineapple jam
  • 2 pineapple
  • 120gm sugar
  •  
  • -Pastry
  •  
  • 180gm butter
  •  
  • 250gm rose flour
  •  
  • 2 eggs yolk
  •  
  • Mix butter, flour and eggs yolk.
  •  
  • Pipe the pastry and place filling at one end and roll up.
  •  
  • Glaze with beaten egg yolk.
  •  
  • Preheat oven at 170 for 10min
  •  
  • Bake for 20min.
  •  
  • Pour it into wok and add in 120gm sugar.

  • cook till it thickens.

  • Set aside to cool.

  • Shape the pineapple filling into almond shape.
