Ingredients
  • ½ block of extra firm tofu
  • 2 ½ tablespoons of nutritional yeast
  • ¼ diced onion
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes with habaneros
  • Seasonings - season all, salt/pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, cayenne powder.
  • 1 tbl spoon of oil
  •

Steps
  1. 1. Sauteed onion in oil
  2. 2. Add diced tomatoes with habaneros
  3. 3. Mix together and continue to fry
  4. 4. Cut and drain half block of tofu
  5. 5. Add tofu to frying pan and smash into pan to make like a scramble texture
  6. 6. Add all seasonings (to taste) including nutritonal yeast (gives it eggy like taste)
  7. 7. Mix all together and fry a little longer for seasonings to seep into tofu
  8. 8. Serve
