  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. corn syrup
  • 1½ tsp. flaky sea salt
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper, plus more
  • Finely grated Parmesan (for serving)
