  • ¼ cup (55gms) white sugar
  • subheading: For second ferment:
  • 18 gms white sugar (or 8 gms per liter of strained first ferment)
  • 1 gram champagne or wine yeast per 4 liters of first ferment, or as per packet instructions (optional)
