Seared Sea Scallops
Ingredients
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper
  • 16 sea scallops, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons parsley
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
Steps
  1. Mix flour, salt, oregano, thyme, lemon pepper. Roll scallops in mixture.
  2. Heat oil in skillet over high heat. Add 4 scallops to pan, sear on all sides ~2 min per. After turning, add
  3. 1 tablespoon parsley and 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
  4. Remove and place in oven until ready.
