Easy Mexican Beef Stew
Ingredients

  • 2 % Greek yogurt or sour cream for full-fat
  • reduced fat shredded Mexican cheese use full-fat for higher fat
  • 1 can black soybeans omit for soy-free
  • cilantro for garnish
