(Air Fryer) Bang Bang Chicken Skewers
Really good and easy. Made with 3 tbsp of sriracha. Perfect amount of heat.
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. Chicken Breasts, skinless and boneless, cut into 1" cubes
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. EACH: Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt, & Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise (or Full Fat Greek Yogurt)
  • 3 to 4 tbsp. Sriracha
  • 2 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder, or 2 Minced Garlic Cloves
  • ½ tsp. EACH: Salt & Black Pepper
  • Parsley, for garnishing
  • Mini Wood Skewers, soaked in water for 20 to 30 minutes
