Ingredients
  • Oh Em Gee! First time using the IP! Husband is in heaven. 2 fresh King Salmon fillets (1 lb total). Seasoned with spices, fresh ginger, lemon. On top of fresh broccoli in the steamer. ½ cup water, ½ cup sake, sprig of dill, juice of ½ lemon, about ¼" fresh minced ginger.
  • 4 min steam, QR.
  • fish was 1.5" thick - 156 degrees at thickest part when done.
  • Husband says it's the best broccoli he's ever had & salmon was epic!
  • Best thing? Dishes are: 1 cutting board, a knife, a steamer basket and the IP pot. Good news when we have a tiny minibar sink as our kitchen for the next 9 months.
