  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 pinches asafoetida/hing
  • 3 tbsp water

  • Few Juliennes of Beetroot
  • 3 tbsp butter (we used vegan)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp water
