4 Ingredient Healthy Magic Cookies
This recipe WORKS BEST with coconut flakes NOT shredded coconut.

IF using a fresh bag = very long pcs. coconut flakes. Chop long pcs to 1/2 - 3/4 inch (to allow it easier to compact, shape & bind.)

Use any kind of chopped nuts, salted or unsalted. Salted cashews = sweet/salty cookies. Cashews are sweeter than other nuts.
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups (90 g) unsweetened coconut flakes see note
  • ½ cup (64 g) chopped cashews or other nuts, see note
  • ⅓ cup (59 g) dark chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp (44 ml) maple syrup
