  • 2 Bell Peppers diced
  • 3 Cup Beef or vegetable broth
  • 2 to 3 Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
  • 15 oz Kidney Beans, one can drained
  • 15 oz Chopped/Diced Tomatoes
