Tempeh and Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
  • Ingredients: 16. oz tempeh cut into 1ish inch slices
  • 1 lb. brussel sprouts, halved
  • An equivalent amount of squash or sweet potato cubed
  • Marinade: ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 T apple cider vinegar
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed (this is the recipe's recommendation, I usually use the "fuck it, it's delicious garlic" amount)
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne
