  • 1 apple, peeled and chopped
  • ¼ cup pecans, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon golden flaxseed meal
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 cup nut milk (I use cashew)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Sweetener, adjust to taste
