Sprouted Wheat Oatmeal Bread

For the Bread Machine!

Ingredients
  • 1c lukewarm water
  •  
  • ⅓c  lukewarm milk
  •  
  • 57g/4Tbsp butter
  •  
  • 28g/2Tbsp brown sugar
  •  
  • 43g/2Tbsp honey
  •  
  • 99g/1cup rolled oats
  •  
  • 50g/½cup rolled oats, ground; or oat flour
  •  
  • 2 Tbsp. Instant Milk (optional)
  •  
  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  •  
  • 10g/1Tbsp Vital Wheat Gluten
  •  
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  •  
  • 237g/2cups Unbleached Bread Flour
  •  
  • 78g/½c + 2Tbsp Sprouted Wheat Flour (KAF)
Steps
  1. Add ingredients in the order recommended for your Bread Machine!
  2. Baked in my Zojirushi Virtuoso on the Regular Wheat Course!
Notes
  • Always check your bread when kneading to see if it needs more water or flour!
  • Tip: I always add the cold milk to water which I have above a lukewarm temperature! Save's a step!
  • Sugar can probably be reduced!  I have not done this yet, but plan on trying it!
