Lobster Corn Chowder
Ingredients
  • 3 (1 ½-pound) cooked lobsters, cracked and split

  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
