Cheesy tomato spaghetti squash "pasta".
Ingredients
  • -1 spaghetti squash
  • -Handful of cherry or grape tomatoes.
  • -flavored cream cheese(boursin or Philly).
  • -olive oil
  • -Spinach
  • -Italian seasoning
  • -Protien of choice.
Steps
  1. -Cook spaghetti squash as directed. 6 mins on high and quick release. Shred when cooled
  2. -Cook protien of choice.
  3. - In a casserole dish put olive oil, tomatoes cheese and shinach. Cook at 400 for 20 to 25 Mins.
  4. -Add all together and serve.
