215 g (1 cup) caster sugar

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

2 teaspoons finely grated lemon rind

1 tsp lemon juice

2 tablespoons plain flour

4 eggs at room temperature

300 ml full fat sour cream at room temperature

125 g fresh blueberries

2 tb sifted icing sugar
