疙瘩汤Dough Drop and Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
  • Water (3 Tbsp+1 cup)
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tomato
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 100g green leaf vege
Steps
  1. 1. flour continuously add 3 Tbsp water a bit at a time while stirring until the flour becomes little clumps of ball
  2. 2. add oil in the pan stir fry tomato cubes, cook until become paste. Add 1 chicken broth, 1 cup of water, salt. being to boil
  3. 3. Put into the flour clumps
  4. 4. put in veges to cook for 1 to 2 munites
  5. 5. 1 egg pour into the soup,then turn off the heat immediately
