  • 2 tablespoons / 25 g raw or roasted unsalted sunflower seed kernels, no shells
  • 1 tablespoon / 9 g poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoons / 10 g white sesame seeds
  • ½ tablespoon / 5 g black sesame seeds, you can also use all white
  • flake sea salt
