Ingredients
  • 3 lb ground beef
  • Diced onion
  • Salt
  • Garam masala
  • Cumin
  • Coriander
  • Garlic powder
  • Turmeric
  • Ginger
  • Leftover veggies
  • Coconut milk
  • I sprinkled the ground beef with the salt, spices, and onions. Cooked until the beef was browned. Added some shredded cabbage, butternut squash cubes, and green beans (the leftovers in my fridge). Pour in some coconut milk and heat through.
