Sticky date rice pudding
Ingredients
  • 10 Pitted dates (more if you have a really sweet tooth)
  • 130 g of Arborio rice
  • 1 ltr of milk (more if it goes too thick)
Steps
  1. Put the dates in the jug and blitz for 5 to 10 seconds at speed 10.
  2. Put the plastic whisk in add the rice and milk.
  3. Take the cup out and place the basket on the lid.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes on speed 1 at 100.
  5. Scrape down the sides and cook for 15 minutes on speed 1 at 90.
  6. Check the rice is cooked then just 5 more minutes on speed 1 to thicken and cool slightly
