1 Medifast Mac and Cheese packet 1 Medifast Mac and Cheese packet
Add 1-2 egg whites (I used egg beaters) Add 1 to 2 egg whites (I used egg beaters)
Salt, pepper to taste Salt, pepper to taste

Mix Mac and Cheese packet with ½ cup water
Microwave for 60 seconds
Stir, and microwave for an additional 60 seconds
Remove from microwave, stir, and let it sit for 5 mins
Stir, let it sit for an additional 5 minutes
Grease waffle iron
Pour in mixture and cook for 3 to 5 minutes
