Ingredients
  • 2 Large apples of your choice- cored.  Make sure to leave the bottom of the apple in tact so that the filling does not come out of the bottom.
  • 1 ½ Cups water
  • ¼ Cup salted butter-softened
  • ¼ Teaspoon vanilla- I used vanilla bean paste
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons chopped pecans
