Cheesy Vegan Quinoa Bake
Ingredients

  • ½ cup raw cashews, soaked for at least two hours and drained
  • 1 cup chickpeas or white beans, cooked
  • ½ cup NUTRITIONAL YEAST
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 ¼ cups water
  • ½ teaspoon salt
