Dehydrated Marshmallows

  1. Spread them out in single layers on dehydrator trays. 120° for 6 to 12 hours. Or 160° for two hours. When they're crunchy they are done.  They will dry up harder as soon as they cool
Notes
  • Store in airtight container. I use mason jars and use my vacuum sealer on highest setting. Or vacuum seal in bags on lowest to prevent crumbling. You can always use ziplock bag and use the water displacement trick to get the air out.
