Easy Bok Choi, kale & Mushroom w/ rice noodles

  • 1 large head bok choy - chopped
  • ½ cup kale - chopped
  • 1 cup tiny broccoli florets
  • ½ cup thinly sliced onion halved
  • 8 oz or more sliced mushrooms
  • 4 cups veggie broth
  • 12 oz rice noodles
  • salt pepper to taste
