  • ⅓ teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 teaspoons vital wheat gluten flour*
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon super sweet or  Pyure or Truvia
  • 2 cups sprouted wheat or spelt flour
