Ingredients
  • 1 cup maldon (or kosher salt)
  • 8 sprigs rosemary
  • 4 sprigs sage
  • 3 to 4 medium cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
  • 2 lemons zest only
Steps
  1. Take herbs off of stems.  Coarsely chop garlic.  Zest lemon.  Throw everything into food processor.
  2. Plus to get it going.  Run about 30 seconds.  Stop make sure all large chunks are loosen.  Blend another minute.  Blend till all looks like sand.
