AMBITIOUS (and delicious) GUACAMOLE!
Best tip I ever got for preventing browning:
Before storing in airtight container cover with ¼-1/2 inch of cold water. Before serving again, pour it off, stir and you’re ready.
Ingredients
  • 3 avocados, ripe
  • ½ small yellow onion, finely diced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 3 T finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed, finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ½ tsp sea salt (I use Colima)
