  • 2 carrots cut into coins
  • 1 zucchini cut into coins
  • 1 inch fresh ginger grated
  • Black sesame seeds optional garnish
  • subheading: Stir Fry Sauce (Makes 1 ½ cup; I only used ¼ to ½ cup):
  • ½ cup Tamari or soy sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ cup fresh pineapple
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 Tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon arrowroot powder
