Greek Yogurt Key Lime Pie Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 pkgs (16 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 7oz or half of a 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ C greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar
  • ¾ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 limes, zested and juiced
  • Graham crackers or vanilla cookies
Steps
  1. Using an electric mixer, whip cream cheese until smooth, about 1 minute. Slowly add condensed milk and yogurt, beating 2 minutes. Add sugar, vanilla, lime juice, and lime zest, reserving a pinch for garnish. Mix until well combined.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with remaining lime zest. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with graham crackers or vanilla cookies.
  3. Store leftovers for up to 5 days.
