Orecchiette Pasta with a Sausage and Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
Ingredients

  • 1 lb box of Orecchiette Pasta
  • 1 lb of Italian Sausage
  • 12 ounce jar of Roasted Red Peppers
  • 3 Roma Tomatoes (You can use any tomatoes just make sure they equal size equivalent of 3 Roma tomatoes)
  • 6 to 8 Fresh Basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Coarse or Kosher Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Red Chili Flake (optional)
  • Reserve 2 cups of the pasta water after you are done cooking the pasta
