  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup all purpose flour
  • 6 cups 2% milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 9 lasagna sheets boiled or oven ready
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped, garnish
