Pineapple Upside Down Cake

1 Box Yellow Cake Mix

1 Small can crushed pineapple

¼ cup or more Brown Sugar

½ Stick Butter (melted)

Mix cake according to instructions on box.

Grease a 6 cup bundt pan or 6" or 7" cake pan.

Pour melted butter in bottom of pan

Sprinkle brown sugar over butter to create a glaze.

Place pineapple evenly in the pan on top of the butter (I used a little of the juice also)

Pour in enough batter to fill the pan ⅔ full.

Cover pan parchement paper and then foil loosely or use the non stick foil.

Place trivet & 1.5 cups water into Instant Pot.

Set cake pan on top of trivet I used trivit with the handles so I didn't need to make a sling

Cook on High for 22 Mins; Natural Pressure Release.

Remove cake, uncover & set on cooling rack for 10 mins.

Turn cake onto a plate for serving.

Add cherries with pineapple if you like them
