Almond Butter Garlic Tofu
This almond butter garlic tofu is baked until crispy and then it's coated in a sticky and savory sauce! Serve with roasted broccoli and fluffy brown rice for a delicious and easy dinner!

  • 2 tbsp arrowroot powder

  • ¼ cup low-sodium tamari
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 1 ½ inch piece of ginger grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp arrowroot powder
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • ¼ cup green onions sliced
