Instant Pot New York Cheesecake

subheading: Crust:

10 Graham cracker sheets (Or one full package)

4 Tbsp Melted butter

Pinch of salt

2 Tsp Brown Sugar

subheading: Filling:

⅔c Sugar

2 Pinches salt

16oz Cream Cheese (softened)

½c Sour Cream

subheading: Topping:

2 Very large Tbsp Sour Cream

2 Tsp Sugar

Place a piece of parchment paper under the inner circle of your spring form pan and place into outer ring.

Crush graham crackers until fine

add the rest of ingredients and mix. Press into spring form pan

Mix filling ingredients until well blended

Pour onto crust.

Put on trivet in Instant Pot and cook on Manual High for 25 minutes. NPR for 10 minutes

Remove from pot.

Mix topping ingredients and spoon/smooth on top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
