IP Blueberry Cheesecake
Ingredients
  • 16 Oz Cream Cheese
  • 20 Graham Crackers
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 TSP Butter
  • 1 Can Blueberry Topping
Steps
  1. -Crush Graham Crackers with melted butter
  2. -Put Grahams mix into 7- inch springform pan and press evenly
  3. -In a bowl combine eggs, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla and mix until creamy and smooth
  4. -Pour mixture into springform pan
  5. evenly
  6. -Put trivet into Instant Pot and put 1 cup water
  7. -Set Manual Pressure 35 minutes. I did a  QR after
  8. *I used a long/folded piece of foil to lower and lift springform pan out of instant pot.
  9. *Top with blueberries
Notes
  • I lined bottom and sides of pan with parchment paper for easily removal and smoother sides.  Also put a paper towel on top of pan to keep moisture from going on top of cheesecake.
  • * Made whipping cream frosting(heavy cream/sugar) and  used frosting pipe to make borders around edges.
